If you were unable to pay your $100 surcharge to the DCCA/DFI by 12/31/09, your license has been forfeited.

HAMB members can reinstate licenses for 2010 by paying the surcharge plus a late penalty by June 30.

Brokers $100

Solicitors 25

Desig Sol 100

This is in addition to the $100 assessment.

Aloha Hawaii Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors:

Pursuant to Act 32, Special Session Law of Hawaii 2009, Section 5, a surcharge of $100.00 shall be charged to every currently licensed mortgage broker and mortgage solicitor in Hawaii. Payments can be made online with credit card or check at dfi.ehawaii.gov.

Deadline is Midnight (HST) December 31, 2009

Failure to pay the surcharge by December 31, 2009 will constitute an automatic forfeiture of the license.

Mortgage Solicitors: Your license will be adversely affected by failure to pay. Please ensure that the surcharge is paid by you or on your behalf by the deadline.
